Refund policy

We offer a 30-day replacement policy for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about a qualifying issue.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and photo or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or issue with the item. The item must be in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer order errors, including selecting the wrong size, color, quantity, or shipping address.

If your item qualifies, we will gladly issue a replacement. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before a replacement is sent. If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not return items to the sender address on the shipping label. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
